WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All of our Licensed Cat ® Products: Chests, Piano Box and Accessories have a warranty to cover workmanship irregularities for our original purchaser. Manufacturas Post Form S.A de C.V as a Caterpillar Inc. Licensee warrants that all its products are free from defects upon the supply chain, starting in the factory with the material used, manufacturing and assembly processes until our final customer has the product on its hands.

This warranty does not apply if the product has been subjected to:

• Product losses caused by natural disasters.
• Use of other accessories that are not supplied by Manufacturas Post Form S.A de C.V
• Precaution instructions do not followed as established.
• Damage caused by any abuse, accident, improper use, maintenance and installation, adjustment or modifications on the items.
• Robbery or Accidents

This warranty only covers products and accessories of Cat ® brand. Warranty period starts from the date of the purchase of the item. For every Cat ® item category, the warranty coverage is valid as indicated in the table below:

Cat® Tool Storage Boxes are designed, engineered and manufactured to work hard on tough jobs. For warranty information, please read the following information and statement, below, before contacting the retailer or us about warranty replacement.

If you have a claim under this warranty, or would like information on how the warranty may apply, please email us at  support@cattoolstorage.com at which time the company may instruct to either ship the defective product, or the defective part of the product to the company at the company’s expense, or if chosen by Manufacturas Post Form S.A de C.V in its sole discretion, to dispose of the defective part in a manner consistent with your local disposal and recycling laws and ordinances

(For faster service please include the model, name, other identifying numbers, purchase location or information on the product ready for a Manufacturas Post Form S.A de C.V representative to assist you.) Alternatively, you may also return the original place of purchase, with proof of purchase, for exchange or full refund.
